As part of our financial advisory offering, we facilitate funding arrangement for our clientele under the following financing/payment options:
MORTGAGE PAYMENT PLAN: We facilitate flexible mortgages for houses up to 80% of the cost of house purchased and for tenors of up to 20 years. We also assist buyers to secure mortgage commitment from their preferred banks with a token mortgage brokerage fee.
OUTRIGHT PAYMENT PLAN: This allows offtakers / subscribers a certain percentage discount on property purchased
DEPOSIT PAYMENT PLAN: This plan allows offtaker/ subscribers to make a deposit payment of at least 20% and regular further payments a construction progresses. This is usually interest free.
INSTALMENTAL PAYMENT PLAN: This allows offtaker/subscribers to spread payment for compeleted housing units over an acceptable number of months.
